Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior automotive technicians with comprehensive vehicle inspections, accurate diagnostics, and various repair procedures.
  • Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including efficient oil changes, precise tire rotations, thorough fluid checks, and timely filter replacements.
  • Develop proficiency in identifying and systematically troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues under direct supervision.
  • Gain expert command in the safe and effective use of specialized automotive tools and advanced diagnostic equipment.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both team members and customers regarding vehicle status, recommended services, and completed repairs.
  • Actively participate in all provided training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to continuously enhance technical knowledge and practical skills.
  • Shadow experienced mechanics to observe, learn, and eventually apply advanced repair techniques and best practices.
