This position transcends simple cleaning; it’s about the art of transforming vehicles, enhancing their aesthetic appeal, and meticulously preparing them for delivery. You will be entrusted with a comprehensive range of detailing tasks, encompassing everything from a thorough exterior wash, paint decontamination, waxing, and sealing, to a meticulous interior vacuuming, shampooing of carpets and upholstery, conditioning of leather surfaces, and precise polishing of all interior trim. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washes, waxing, buffing, and polishing to restore and maintain vehicle paint finish.
- Conduct comprehensive interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, cleaning and conditioning leather, and wiping down all surfaces.
- Clean and polish chrome trim, windows, and wheels.
- Degrease and clean engine compartments and door jams.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections before and after detailing, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and detailing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Manage time effectively to complete detailing tasks within specified deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with service and sales teams regarding vehicle status and needs.
- Adhere to all dealership safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for perfection.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques and products.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional auto detailing experience (6 months or more preferred).
- Familiarity with various detailing chemicals, equipment, and polishing techniques.
- Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating application.
