Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior waitstaff in providing seamless and efficient service to restaurant guests.
- Set up dining tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
- Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly reset between guest sittings.
- Refill water glasses, clear plates, and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from the kitchen/bar to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Support inventory management for restaurant supplies, reporting low stock levels.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager.
