Key Responsibilities
- Assist Head Waiters with setting up and preparing the dining area before service, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery from the kitchen.
- Clear tables promptly and discreetly, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the dining room.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other condiments as needed to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in the proper setup and breakdown of buffet lines or special event setups.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
- Provide basic information about menu items and daily specials to guests when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure all service equipment is ready for use.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Support the entire restaurant team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
