Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Waiters and the F&B team in providing seamless service to guests.
- Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
- Replenish cutlery, glassware, condiments, and other table essentials throughout service.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and present menus when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, maintaining a clean and inviting dining atmosphere.
- Assist in washing dishes, polishing silverware, and maintaining kitchen/serving area cleanliness.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- High level of physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service protocols.
