Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior waiters in taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and presentable manner.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and prepare them for the next guests.
- Restock cutlery, crockery, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor requests professionally, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
