Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Waiters in setting up and clearing tables and dining areas for service.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and dining areas promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all table settings, cutlery, and glassware are clean and properly arranged.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with order taking when required.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, service stations, and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management of dining essentials and communicate stock needs.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact, escalating to management as needed.
