Key Responsibilities

- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen duties as required.
- Greet guests warmly, answer basic inquiries, and guide them to their tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure accurate order delivery and address minor guest requests promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Learn menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to assist guests and senior staff.
- Handle guest complaints with grace and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service knowledge and skills.
