Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior waiting staff in serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of service.
- Set up and clear dining tables efficiently and according to established restaurant standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guests in both dining areas and for room service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Replenish condiments, cutlery, glassware, and other dining essentials as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, resolving minor issues or escalating as necessary.
- Assist with room service orders, ensuring prompt delivery, proper setup, and collection of trays.
- Learn and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the team in inventory management of dining essentials and report shortages.
