Key Responsibilities
- Assist Head Waiters and waitstaff in serving food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously.
- Set up dining tables with clean linen, cutlery, glassware, and condiments before and during service.
- Clear tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a quick turnaround for new diners.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and floors as needed.
- Replenish water glasses, bread baskets, and other table essentials throughout the meal.
- Support the kitchen staff by collecting and distributing clean dishes, glassware, and silverware.
- Attend to guest requests and communicate any special needs or issues to the Head Waiter immediately.
- Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary items and organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene and food safety standards.
