Key Responsibilities
- Assist Head Waiters and Waiters with all aspects of service in the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Set up and reset tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to established service sequences and presentation guidelines.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area at all times.
- Polish cutlery, crockery, and glassware to ensure they meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Assist with the collection and delivery of food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of side stations, storage areas, and service equipment.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to their requests and inquiries.
- Support the overall restaurant team in achieving service goals and guest satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
