Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent guests.
- Assist senior waiters with various tasks, including preparing dining areas and carrying food trays.
- Ensure the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with courtesy and escalate major issues to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Support the team in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
