Key Responsibilities
- Set up dining tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
- Assist main waiters in greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking beverage orders.
- Serve water, bread, and other initial accompaniments to guests promptly.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables between courses and after meals.
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Support the main waiting staff in all aspects of service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Attend to guest requests and communicate them effectively to the appropriate team member.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
