Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, stationery) accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Assist in the cleaning of common areas, hallways, and public restrooms as needed.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
