Key Responsibilities
- Execute various tasks precisely along the assembly line, strictly adhering to established production schedules, safety protocols, and rigorous quality standards to ensure flawless output.
- Operate, monitor, and conduct routine maintenance checks on a diverse range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
- Thoroughly inspect components, sub-assemblies, and finished products for any defects, deviations, or non-conformances against detailed specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Accurately follow complex assembly instructions, technical blueprints, schematics, or verbal directions, ensuring all components are placed correctly and securely.
- Perform final packaging of completed products, labeling, and prepare them meticulously for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, rigorously adhering to all company safety guidelines, procedures, and industrial regulations.
- Collaborate effectively and proactively with fellow team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize workflow efficiency, enhance productivity, and swiftly resolve any production-related challenges or bottlenecks.
- Document production activities, identify potential issues, and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisory staff for immediate action.

- Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret basic assembly instructions and simple diagrams.

- Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
