As an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager at PwC Middle East, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions for our diverse client portfolio across various industries. Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning with PwC's strategic objectives and client needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML development teams.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and project managers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch of AI products, including go-to-market strategy, user adoption, and post-launch performance monitoring and iteration.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, trends, and ethical implications, guiding both internal teams and external clients.
- Communicate product value, progress, and performance to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Ensure AI products adhere to relevant data privacy regulations, ethical AI guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the growth of PwC's product management capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in product management, specifically with AI/ML-powered products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).

- Experience working in the Middle East market and understanding regional business nuances.
