Key Responsibilities
- Safely and securely transport valuables, cash, and other sensitive materials.
- Operate armored vehicles in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring accurate counts and secure handling.
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols, procedures, and routes.
- Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness during all operations.
- Respond effectively to potential security threats or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state security guard licenses/permits (e.g., Indiana Security Guard License).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags/containers (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
