Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using CAD and BIM software.
- Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning legislation, and relevant standards.
- Collaborate with architects, design teams, and external consultants throughout all project stages.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and tender documentation.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Identify and resolve technical design issues and provide constructive input to design solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards and practices within the firm.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques.
