Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion, focusing on local building initiatives.
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, scope, and budget, translating needs into viable architectural solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software and other relevant tools.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive professional experience as a practicing Architect, with a focus on building projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications applicable to Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
