Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments.
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on service requests, confirm appointments, and gather feedback.
- Efficiently manage and update the appointment scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and optimal routing for technicians.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining services, pricing, and appointment procedures.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, identify their needs, and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments in our database.
- Collaborate closely with dispatchers and plumbing technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all service standards.
