Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior appliance repair technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various household appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, small kitchen appliances).
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts needed for daily service calls.
- Help transport appliances to and from service vehicles and customer homes, ensuring safe handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the service vehicle and at customer premises.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as recording repair details and ordering parts.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, acting as a supportive extension of the Darty brand.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines during all repair activities.
- Actively participate in learning opportunities, absorbing technical knowledge and best practices from experienced colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and respectful service.
Required Skills
- Valid French driving license (Permis B) and comfortable driving in urban environments.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy appliances safely.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.

- Fluency in French (written and spoken).
