Key Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions in a wide range of household appliances (e.g., washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, cooktops).
- Execute efficient, high-quality on-site and workshop repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' daily routines.
- Accurately identify, order, and manage necessary spare parts for scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly explanations of technical issues, repair processes, and solutions to customers.
- Offer expert advice to customers on proper appliance maintenance, optimal usage, and preventative measures to extend appliance lifespan.

Required Skills
