We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Assistant/Technician to join our team in Rumuola, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and microwaves. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires a practical individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our customer service team to effectively address customer issues, providing timely and efficient solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly with customers, explain technical issues in a simple manner, and build rapport will be critical to your success in this role. You will also assist in managing inventory, ordering parts, and keeping accurate records of repairs completed. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Key Responsibilities
