Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
- Perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous data quality assurance to construct optimal datasets for model training.
- Select, train, and meticulously evaluate various machine learning models, encompassing supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment, continuous monitoring, and effective retraining strategies.
- Collaborate proactively with data scientists, software engineers, and product development teams to integrate ML solutions into existing products and develop novel AI-driven features.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing and experimentation to validate model performance, quantify business impact, and drive iterative improvements.
- Stay continuously informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML research and emerging technologies, strategically applying them where appropriate.
- Document all development processes, model architectures, and experimental results clearly and comprehensively for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible application of AI within all developed solutions, adhering to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, probability theory, and data structures.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment, scaling, and management.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and practical experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Airflow.
- Proficiency in SQL for efficient data querying, manipulation, and database interaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse, non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Experience with Big Data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) for processing large-scale datasets.
- Specialized knowledge in specific AI domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Time-Series analysis.
- Prior experience working within the telecommunications industry or a similar high-tech sector.
