GWK Ltd, a leading agribusiness, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Agricultural Engineer to join our dynamic team, operating out of Vosburg in the heart of the Northern Cape. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in a region where agricultural ingenuity, water resource management, and efficient mechanization are paramount to success.

At GWK, we believe in nurturing the land and empowering our farmers with cutting-edge solutions. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, sustainability, and productivity across our vast agricultural operations and client farms. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions related to farm infrastructure, sophisticated water management systems, optimizing mechanization, and integrating precision agriculture technologies. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot complex issues, and introduce innovative technologies that push the boundaries of traditional farming. You will be tasked with transforming theoretical knowledge into practical, field-ready solutions, collaborating closely with local farmers, agronomists, and internal teams to understand their specific needs and challenges. From conceptualizing efficient irrigation layouts to evaluating the latest farm machinery for optimal performance, your expertise will guide critical decisions. Join us and become a key player in shaping the future of agriculture in the Northern Cape, fostering resilience and growth in a vital sector.
