Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple agile software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of scope, on time and within budget.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring development teams on agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define and refine product backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable user stories.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing impediments to team progress.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team and project processes, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the delivered solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or other relevant Agile certifications.
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or technical architecture.
- Experience working in a large, international organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
