Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. The role demands a proactive individual who can anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the project team and the organization as a whole. This is a challenging but rewarding position for an individual with a passion for project management and a commitment to achieving exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems.
  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing budgets and resources
  • Experience with stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
