Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in an intensive sales training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the Naivasha region.
- Support senior sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client databases and sales records.
- Learn to identify client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising solutions.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and actively participating in strategy discussions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team learning objectives and introductory sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential and existing clients.
