Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and market analysis.
- Shadow senior sales executives during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to learn best practices.
- Assist in researching potential clients and identifying new business opportunities within the Kisumu region.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and advertising campaign materials.
- Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client campaign success.
- Achieve personal and team sales objectives as assigned post-training period.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
