Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
