Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service during their visit.
- Assisting customers with fueling their vehicles, ensuring correct fuel type and quantity.
- Processing cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Performing basic vehicle checks such as tire pressure, oil, and windshield washer fluid levels upon request.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fuel pumps, station grounds, and convenience store area.
- Monitoring fuel levels and reporting any issues to station management.
- Promoting and selling car wash services, lubricants, and other convenience store items.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, especially regarding hazardous materials.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving minor issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
