Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on products.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and delightful user experience.
- Present and defend design solutions to product teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively and collaboratively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design and proactively share knowledge.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and a strong design culture within the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of impactful projects.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, given our international team and global reach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for complex financial platforms, B2B SaaS products, or other enterprise-level applications.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with engineers.
- Experience with motion design or animation for user interfaces to enhance user engagement.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working within an agile sprint cycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in design thinking workshops and facilitating collaborative design sessions.
