Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and safe dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct medication therapy management reviews and provide clinical recommendations.
- Administer vaccinations and other clinical services in accordance with established protocols.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiry date monitoring.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Swiss pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and trainees, providing guidance and training.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve medication-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Swiss Federal Diploma in Pharmacy (Eidgenössisches Diplom als Apotheker/in).
- Valid Swiss operating license (Berufsausübungsbewilligung).
- Fluent in German (oral and written), strong proficiency in English is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a community setting.

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
