Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for internal staff and external platform users via email, chat, or phone.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates on remote workstations.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and password resets for various internal systems.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Assist in testing new features or updates to the Career.supersecrets platform.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or potential issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure seamless support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac OS)
- Familiarity with common office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new technologies quickly
