Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, reporting any unusual activity immediately.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building premises, both internal and external, checking for security breaches, hazards, and unauthorized persons.
- Control access to the building, verifying identity and purpose of visitors and issuing visitor badges as per protocol.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide directions and assistance to occupants during critical situations.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are securely locked and unlocked according to schedule.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff, answering inquiries and offering assistance where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Good physical condition to perform duties such as patrolling and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications
