Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network performance, system health, and security alerts across our remote infrastructure.
- Provide first-level technical support to remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Help maintain and update IT inventory, documentation of IT procedures, and asset management records.
- Support the deployment and configuration of software applications and operating systems for new and existing remote workstations.
- Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity best practices, including user access management and data backup procedures.
- Participate in basic network administration tasks, such as managing user accounts and group policies.
- Research and recommend solutions for common IT problems and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on various projects, gaining exposure to cloud platforms and virtualisation technologies.
