Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction managers with various tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines rigorously to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Assist with the demolition of structures, as required.
- Support the mixing and pouring of concrete, and other material handling tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures or a willingness to learn and adhere to them.

Preferred Qualifications
