Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions and documentation in our internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment statuses and any potential issues.
- Learn and apply relevant local and international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Support the team in resolving discrepancies or issues related to shipments and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the logistics department.

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
