Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, proactive customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Actively promote special offers, sales promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Stay informed about all product features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proactive, customer service-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in Katsina.
- Fluency in Hausa in addition to English to better serve the local community.
