Key Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and drink orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables, set up new place settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
