Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established hotel standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies (linens, amenities, etc.) as needed.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Handle all linen and cleaning supplies responsibly and efficiently.
- Ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Provide polite and professional service to guests, responding to requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry operations when necessary.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
