Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all customers upon their arrival in the shop.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products, features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming events to customers.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures for the store, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
