Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and preparing customer orders from warehouse stock according to order sheets.
- Verifying order accuracy and quantity against picking lists before packaging.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity and minimizing damage.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments as required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (with provided training) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damages to products, or safety concerns promptly to management.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and picking lists in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and safely.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
