Key Responsibilities
- Sort laundry into appropriate categories (e.g., whites, colors, delicate) prior to washing.
- Operate commercial washing, drying, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload laundry into machines, adhering to proper weight and load capacities.
- Monitor laundry cycles and adjust settings as necessary to ensure optimal cleanliness.
- Fold, iron, and stack clean linens, towels, and uniforms neatly according to hotel standards.
- Transport clean and soiled laundry to and from various hotel departments.
