Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, always respecting dignity and privacy.
- Support patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report changes promptly to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy patient environment, including changing bed linen.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, offering reassurance.
- Assist with patient transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques safely.
- Accurately document care activities, observations, and significant events in patient records, adhering to confidentiality.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and requests for assistance.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, including infection control.

- Previous experience (6-12 months) in a healthcare setting or similar care role is highly advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy.
