Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and updating database systems.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, after receiving proper training.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment statuses, discrepancies, and operational issues.
