Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate and schedule local and regional deliveries, optimizing routes and loads for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with external logistics partners, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely and secure movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery statuses using designated tracking systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards within the warehouse.
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations (where applicable).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.
