Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to established hotel standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.
- Make beds, arrange furniture neatly, and ensure all items are in their designated places.
- Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces thoroughly.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, ensuring sparkling hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in rooms or public areas promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to the hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
