Career.supersecrets is seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and detail-oriented Visa Sponsorship & Accommodation Coordinator to join our vibrant team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of UK visa applications for sponsored candidates, including Skilled Worker Visas, and other relevant routes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international candidates, providing clear, concise, and accurate advice on immigration requirements and processes.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documentation, ensuring strict compliance with Home Office guidelines.
- Liaise directly with candidates, employers, and legal representatives to gather necessary information and expedite processes.
- Coordinate and source suitable accommodation options for relocating candidates, both temporary and long-term, within London.
- Provide comprehensive relocation support, including guidance on National Insurance, banking, healthcare registration, and local amenities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies, legislation changes, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain robust internal tracking systems for all visa and accommodation activities.
- Conduct pre-arrival briefings and provide ongoing support to candidates post-arrival.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our immigration and relocation services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in UK immigration law and visa application processes, particularly with sponsored work visas.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated empathy and cultural sensitivity when assisting international individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- OISC Level 1 or 2 accreditation is highly advantageous.
- Experience working within a recruitment agency or global mobility function.
- Familiarity with London's rental market and relocation service providers.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
