Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehouse activities, inventory management, and dispatching of goods for delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to destinations.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners (carriers, suppliers) to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, dispatches, and delivery statuses using designated systems.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, such as waybills, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping procedures, and freight forwarding.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
